Thanks for stopping by my blog! 🙂 I started this site to express my love for writing.
Let me tell you a little more about myself 🙂
My name is Diane, I am a wife and a mom of two beautiful girls. I work more than full time, but I make sure to spend time with my family and most of all, my husband 🙂 I am a devoted Catholic. Prayer is a major part of my life. I am nothing without God and before I thank other people, I make sure to thank Him first. Before I sleep, I end my day with a prayer.
I have devoted my nights saying the Lord of Pardon Novena. I’ve been doing this for five years (NEVER missed a day) and I’m proud to say that I’ve memorized the Novena by heart. Aside from that, I also recite the Prayer to the Holy Spirit to invoke the Holy Trinity.
I try my best to work hard and to do everything I can. I love to multitask. I have mastered the art of teaching, typing, talking and writing articles all at the same time. Quite hard to do at first but I am used to it 🙂
I am friendly and approachable. Other people get intimidated by me and often judge me by their first impression, but if you get to know me, I’m really down to earth and easily pleased!
I love many things about life and I enjoy doing the simplest things, as long as I am with my family. I am not fond of clubbing or drinking alcohol. My ideal Satur-date would be strolling at the mall, a hefty dinner, coffee and a great movie with my husband and kids. You will find me and my husband together in Starbucks at least three times a week 🙂 !
My Saturdays and Sundays are reserved for cleaning, cooking, doing the laundry, playing with my kids, going to the spa/salon, dining out with my family and going on a date with my better half. Okay, before I forget – I hoard nail polish and I LOVE MAKEUP! I’m in my mid-thirties, however, I believe that it’s never too late to learn how to apply the right eye shadow or contour.
My life is really simple and what makes my days interesting would be how I balance work and motherhood to fit all within 24 hours!
I try to be optimistic in everything I do and I try to look at the bright side of things 🙂
